Doylestown Hospital’s choice to switch from MAGIC to Client Server and take on the additional challenge of being the first migration to hybrid NPR 5.6/ FOCUS 6.0 platform was a difficult decision. Learn the events that lead to this project: organizational buy-in, project timelines, gap analysis, data conversions, new features and – above all – the relationship developed with MEDITECH to insure a successful implementation. West Georgia Health System went Live with 6.0 in January 2008, and developed a multi-phased approach to the im- plementation.
