Applications can be downloaded here or by visiting www.asaecenter. org/annualmeeting. All applications received by November 7, 2008 will be included in the online booth selection lottery. After November 7, 2008, booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests for space submitted before February 6, 2009 must be accompanied by a minimum payment of 50% of the booth cost. (Payment in full is due by April 3, 2009.)
